Wow - Confession week. What to confess... I could go with the mild, the moderate, or I could skip right to the shocking.
Oh what the hell - we are all friends here, right?
Several years ago, I was fired for taking money from work. I won't try and justify it by telling you my totally fucked up state of mind at the time, or the fact that I was seriously depressed and suicidal at the time. I'll just tell you that I was so incredibly wrong in doing so, and still, to this day, I harbor a horrible guilt over it. I have to keep that part of my past locked away in dark corner of my brain and I never let it see the light of day.

We all do incredibly stupid things sometimes. Some things from my past still make me wince if I peek into that box. Maybe I'll peek into that box if we do another "confession".
I used to work for a restaurant that ran a second set of books but I was young & stupid & didn't know what they were doing. After I realized it, if money came in "over" on the register they didn't report - I'd pocket it because my boss was an asshole and I figured how the hell would he tell on me since that register didn't really exist.
I agree with Celeste. Everyone has things that they have done that in hindsight are really stupid. I know I sure do.
We all have shit. None of us is without a bone or two (or a skeleton or three) in the closet.
xoxo. Tons.
We all do crazy things when we're young. Hence why they say "youth is wasted on the young" because we do stupid shit that, as adults, we're going WTF over.
